For this project you will need yellow construction paper, a piece of white paper, markers, scissors and a glue stick.
Step 1:

Trace your hand on the yellow construction paper. Then cut it out.

Take the white piece of paper and fold it in half hamburger style.
Step 3:

Draw an egg that has been cracked in half. Make sure the you have the edge of the egg on the fold of the paper. Then, leave the paper folded in half and cut out the broken egg.

Open up the egg and glue your hand to the inside.

Close your eggshell and draw eyes and a beak for your chick.
NOTE: If you have feathers of some sort, glue a feather or two to the back of your hand to make it a fluffy chick!

Write a sweet spring or Easter note inside for someone you care about!
