Our school year is off to an excellent start! September is full of fun and excitement! Your participation and support is tremendously needed and appreciated!
Please see the "Dates to Remember" and add them to your calendar.
In order to keep our school running successfully, there are a few reminders to point out:
Arrival time is between 8:00-8:30AM. Breakfast ends promptly at 8:30AM.
Students are tardy at 8:31AM. The cafeteria begins closing at 8:25AM and instruction begins promptly at 8:30AM. It is important that students eat breakfast and arrive to school on time each day.
Students may bring a small closed container to refill with water to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Please check your child’s book bag often for important news or documents sent home from the school.
Don't forget to sign up for Class Dojo to stay up to date on the most current events at Greenbrier.
Homework at Greenbrier
Teachers are required to send home work that students should practice daily based on skills taught in class.
Parents and students get firsthand knowledge of what students are learning and what will be covered on weekly assessments.
Homework and Assessments at Greenbrier are closely aligned to the following:
LEAP, DIBELS, and District Benchmark tests
It is extremely important that students complete homework daily and parents support and participate in this process by checking to make sure it's completed and returned to school.
