Short Bio:

Hi, my name is Ms. Roslen Terrance. I am a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a proud graduate of Southern University (BSN Nursing). I have been a Registered Nurse for over 18 years. Prior to becoming a teacher, I worked as a Registered Nurse.

I have always wanted to teach. In 2017, the Lord blessed me with that opportunity to teach here at Glen Oaks Magnet High School in the Medical Magnet program. I teach the following courses: a) Medical Terminology, b) Health Science I, and c) Health Science II. This is my fourth year teaching and I truly love it. Each year I learn something new from my students.

I am the proud mother of two awesome amazing children. My daughter is an attorney and my son is a Social Worker. I attend Rosehill church under the leadership of Pastor Danny Donaldson. Rosehill is a church where the word goes forth. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends, taking road trips, and barbecuing.

My goal for this year is that despite the pandemic, my students will learn all of the information necessary to achieve their career goals.
