Serves as the chief executive of the Executive Committee
Presides at all Executive Committee and General Member meetings.
Creates the agenda for all Executive Board and General Membership meetings.
Serves as an intermediary between the administration and the Student Council and presents all Student Council business to the administration
Casts the deciding vote in case of a tie
Performs the duties of the President in their absence
Assists in creating agendas and assembly programs
Performs other duties as assigned by the President or the Advisors
Membership committee chairs will report to VP Membership
Event committee chairs will report to VP Events
Communications committee chairs and Art Director will report to VP Communications.
Contributes to creating agendas and assembly programs
Performs other duties as assigned by the President or Advisors Works with a Senior Vice President and membership committee chairs
Records and files an accurate record of all Executive Board and General Membership meetings
Publishes minutes from all meetings within 24 hours of each event.
Manages correspondence, including thank you notes and commendations.
Keeps records of all disbursements and income for Student Council.
Makes a report of finances at General Membership meetings and submits a copy of the report to the Secretary
Fundraising committee chairs report to the Treasurer.
