報名將會在12月6日(五)下午二點是截止報名.閣下有興趣參與今次步行籌款.請於12月8日(日)早上8:15分到達心光學校體育館.即場報到和即時交報名費或捐款.感謝閣下參與.多謝你支持.

Registration will be closed at 2:00 pm on December 6. You are interested in participating in this walk to raise funds. Please arrive at Ebenezer School Sport Room at 8:15 am on December 8. On-site registration and instant registration fee Or donate. Thank you for your participation. Thank you for your support.

如未能參加步行籌款，歡迎捐款支持是次活動 You are welcome to make a donation to support the event if you are not able to participate on the day

• 支票背頁請註明「2019心光傲行」Please write ‘Ebenezer Walk with PRIDE 2019’ on the back of the cheque
• 將支票郵寄/親身送交香港薄扶林道131號心光盲人院暨學校一樓總務處收(信封面請註明「2019心光傲行」) Send the cheque by hand / by post to 1/F, the General Office, Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired, 131 Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong (Please write ‘Ebenezer Walk with PRIDE 2019’ on the envelope)

• 請於入數存根寫上個人參加者/組別聯絡人的姓名、電話號碼並WhatsApp至5644-7313 Please WhatsApp the bank-in slip along the name and phone number of the individual participant / group contact person to 5644-7313

• 親臨薄扶林道131號心光盲人院暨學校一樓總務處遞交 By hand to 1/F, General Office, Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired, 131 Pokfulam Road, Hong Kong

1. 請先登入以下網頁，選擇「慈善步行籌款」，填寫相關資料和金額後按提交 Login the following website, select “Walkathon”, submit after filling in the relevant information and amount https://www.ebenezer.org.hk/ebenezer/chin/donation/SingleDonation.php
2. 之後請將信用卡付款訊息連同信用卡持有人姓名及參加者姓名Whatsapp(5644-7313)到本院 Please whatsapp (5644 7313) us the credit card transaction message, the names of credit cardholder and the event participant or group contact person

• 捐款港幣100元或以上，可獲扣稅收據 Tax-deductible receipt will be provided for donations of HK$100 or above.
• 捐款收據於活動後一個月內寄給個人參加者或組別聯絡人，並代轉發給贊助人 Tax-deductible receipts will be mailed within one month from the event date to individual participants or the group contact persons for distributing to sponsors.
