Getting to know me!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Samantha Moyer. I started my teaching career after I graduated from Kutztown University in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Special/Elementary Education. I have my master’s degree from Walden University in Reading and Literacy for Elementary Education. For my first year teaching I was an employee of the CLIU #21 as a special education teacher at Lincoln Elementary School. I have been with the district for the last 20 years in a multitude of classrooms ranging from Autistic Support, kindergarten, third grade and now back to special education as a learning support teacher for fifth grade and kindergarten. I am so very excited to see what this year has to offer!!

When I am not teaching, I am a wife and a mother of 3 boys, Konnor, Kole, and Kameron. My boys are in 11th grade, 9th grade, and 4th! They keep me busy and many weekends you can find me at the football field in the fall , the basketball court in the winter, and on the baseball diamond or the volleyball court in the spring.

Our dog, Bosco Banks is a Mini Aussiedoodle. He doesn't know he is a dog and travels with us every where we go. He is certified as a support animal and loves attention from any human or other animal! 

When I am not at school or hanging out at a field, I enjoy playing volleyball, taking pictures, going to concerts and of sitting outside on our porch.
