About Mrs. Ringer
My name is Mrs. Ringer and this is my 36th year at Shoemaker School. I have a BSed in elementary education from West Chester University, an MEd in elementary school counseling from Kutztown University, and a certification in Educational Technology from DeSales University. For the first 18 years, I was a 4th or 5th grade classroom teacher, but in 2004 I became the school counselor. I am married and have three children. Matthew is 27 years old and is a dairy farmer, Steffi is 25 years old and is a high school math teacher, and Jacob is 21 years old and is a senior at Penn State. He will be graduating in May and has a job as an architectural engineer. If you stop by my office, you will see that I love cows. I am originally from Minnesota and am still a farm girl at heart. Plus my oldest son has kept my cow passion alive.
