Students will participate in a number of activity units throughout the marking period. Each unit will consist of a variety of lifetime activities ranging from lower intensity to higher intensity for students to choose from. It is our hope, with exposure to a number of physical activity options, students will establish their exercise preferences and continue to be physically active outside the school environment.
Some examples of activities students will choose from this year are: Yoga, Weight Training, Badminton, Dance, Fitness Walking, Football, Bocce, Disc Golf, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and a number of other team games.
