The high school English department has decided not to assign summer reading this year unless students are enrolling in an AP or ECE course that would require prerequisite reading.

Here is a link to the required reading for AP Lang for juniors planning to take this course next year:

AP Language Summer Reading List

We will most likely offer either AP Lit or ECE Lit next year as well. However, which course(s) will run has not yet been decided. Once we know what the schedule for next year is going to look like, which may be closer to the end of the month or early June, the teacher of that course will make the decisions about summer reading texts for those courses.
