District Turnaround Network

The District Turnaround Network (DTN) of the Blueprint is represented by the oval at the top of the Blueprint graphic (shown below). The District Network is defined as the superintendent, and central office administrators who work collaboratively with association leadership to guide purposeful systemic reconfiguration and to sustain the organization’s sense of urgency in realizing dramatic improvement in student, teacher, and leader performance in a short amount of time.

There are four district systems that are housed at the district level and are the responsibility of the District Network.
