ABOUT RAWNAK 

Rawnak Afroze is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education and human resources. She holds an MA in Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources from the University of Warwick, UK, where her dissertation focused on work-life balance in a multinational company and a joint venture in Bangladesh. Rawnak also earned a BA in Psychology Honors from the same institution.


With a career spanning academia and corporate HR, Rawnak is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Business Administration at East Delta University, Chittagong, where she conducts courses in BBA and MBA programs. She plays a pivotal role as the Coordinator of Access Academy, overseeing academic and non-academic activities. Rawnak has a keen interest in grooming students for the corporate world and is the founder of the Career Club at East Delta University.


In addition to her academic achievements, Rawnak has made notable contributions to research, having published papers on work-life balance and governance of cyberspace. Her dedication to the field is further evident through her involvement as a Certified SHRM - CP and her role as a Specialist in Resourcing at Robi Axiata Limited.


Rawnak Afroze's multifaceted career, academic accomplishments, and commitment to professional development make her a valuable asset in the fields of human resources and academia.
