Mohammad Shafiur Rahman joined East Delta University (EDU) in August, 2023 as an Instructor in the Access Academy. He primarily teaches Academic Reading and Writing course, Student Development Seminars and Fundamentals of Quantitative Reasoning course to the Freshman students at the university as well as other courses. These courses serve as foundational pillars for the holistic development of Freshman students, equipping them with essential skills for their academic journey within the institution. Additionally, he fulfills a pivotal role within the university's Academic Support Clinic (ASC), where he provides guidance and assistance to students navigating challenges associated with their coursework. Prior to his tenure at East Delta University, he completed his internship at DBL Pharmaceuticals Ltd., where he served as an Intern-Corporate HR, gaining valuable industry experience. 

He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Technology Management from Islamic University of Technology (IUT), OIC. He has also successfully completed a Master of Science in Data Analytics and Design Thinking for Business at East Delta University. 

His scholarly pursuits are focused on several key areas within the realm of business academia. His research interests notably encompass Business Data Analytics, Brand Strategy, the intricate dynamics of Consumer Engagement and Psychology.
