Arifa Sultana joined the department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at East Delta University as a Lecturer in 2019. Because of her dedication to academic teaching, research, and leadership roles, she was promoted as Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Engineering department in 2022.

 Considering her commitment to excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement, she was appointed as program coordinator of regular engineering program of CSE department. She also has a participatory role in different academic and administrative committees.

Prior to joining at East Delta University, Ms. Arifa worked as a lecturer in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Bangladesh Army International University of Science and Technology (BAIUST) located in Cumilla.

Ms. Arifa has proven records in Academic research by publishing notable numbers of articles in top international journals and conferences.
