You can either type a location into the search box or zoom to a location and drop a placemark.
Click Add to tour.
You can drag the placemark to move it to another location.

4. Add text - tell us why this place is important.

5. Find photos, YouTube video, and other rich media to add to the tour.

6. Create custom placemarks using the University of Victoria Icon Library or other images (make sure the images are bold and simple because they will be quite small on your map).

7. Add Street View to a location.

View your Tour in Google Earth Web

1. Open your tour in the New Earth Web (Menu > Open in Earth) and see what it looks like.

View your Tour in Google Earth Pro

1. Export your Tour as a KML (Menu > Export > Download KML).

2. Open Google Earth Pro.

3. Click File > Open and select your downloaded KML.

4. Click "Play Tour" in the Places Panel.

Create your own 3D Animation.

Delete the original tour from My Places.

Right-click on "Play Tour" in the Places Panel and select Delete.

2. Customize your tour by adding Snapshot Views.

Navigation to the first location in your tour and find the Google Earth view that appeals to you.
Right-click on the first location of your tour and select "Snapshot View"
Repeat this for each location in your Tour.

3. Play your tour from a folder (adjust your settings if needed).

In the Places Panel, click on the folder that contains all your locations.
Click the Play Tour from Folder button at the bottom right of the Places Panel.

4. Once you are happy with your new tour, save it.

Click the Save button in the tour player (the floppy disk button).
Give your tour a name.
Click "OK".
