We are so looking forward to welcoming many of you from across this region—and the globe—to the Twenty-First EARCOS Teachers’ Conference. From March 18 to 21, the Shangri-La in Bangkok will again be buzzing with conversations between colleagues and friends, new and old, on a rich collection of topics focused on teaching, learning, and well-being. Subject strands at this year’s conference include Special Needs, Literacy, Reading, Early Childhood, EAL, Modern Languages, Library Media, Child Protection, Technology, Counseling, and Children’s and YA Authors.
The line up of dynamic speakers and presenters ensures that this will be, once again, an important opportunity to learn together, to share our ideas, to share our hopes and dreams for our students and schools, and to Elevate Voices and Enrich Worlds!

EARCOS Schools Registration
Registration is open to EARCOS member schools. Each school will receive a designated username and password to access the registration form online.
Regular Fee: US $450 | Late Fee: US $560
Pre-conference: US $145 per person
Associate Institution & Individual Members Registration
Registration is open to EARCOS Associate and Individual members. The username and password is given only to the associate member's primary contact. Registration will open in the first week of December 2025.
Regular Fee: US $450 | Late Fee: US $560
Exhibit Table: US $395 per table or equivalent space
Non-Members Registration
Non-members are welcome to attend the conference. Spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up for the waitlist here. If a space is available, you will be sent a username and password to register.
Regular Fee: US $585
EARCOS strongly recommends that registrants not make any travel arrangements until after registration has been confirmed.
