Hello! My name is Stephanie Lunsford, and I am so excited to be entering my 17th year in education! I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2007. I began my teaching career as a first grade teacher in Elgin where I taught for six years in first grade and prekindergarten. I came to Bridge Point Elementary in 2013 as a life skills teaching assistant and then a kindergarten teacher. I taught first grade at Barton Creek Elementary for several years, and am so excited to be providing academic support in kindergarten and 1st grade this year!

My husband, Wesley, and I just celebrated 11 years of marriage and have FOUR little Bluejays who keep us very busy! We also have a 15"ish" year old dog named Olive. We love to spend our free time hiking, at the pool or on a road trip to the mountains or beach!
