My name is Kimmie Perez and I am so excited to be your kindergarten teacher at Cedar Creek Elementary! Teaching kindergarten is truly a passion of mine and I am committed to creating a fun and engaging learning environment for all of my students.

I have been teaching for 7 years and have worked with children of various ages, but kindergarten has always held a special place in my heart. I believe that the early years of a child's education are crucial in building a strong foundation for future learning. It is my goal to help each of my students develop a love for learning and a curiosity about the world around them. 

A little about me..

My husband and I moved from South Austin to the beautiful hill country out in Dripping Springs 2 years ago and we couldn't love it more! We have three awesome kiddos.. Javen (Westlake-Senior), Addison (Westlake-10th) and Sophia (Hill Country Middle School-6th).

I love the outdoors.. paddle boarding, mountain biking and camping with my family are my fave! I also enjoy staying active with hot yoga, barre, running and pilates. In my spare time, I love to try new things.. over the summer I became certified in Mindfulness and it has quickly become a strong passion and focus.
