Meet Ms. Donohue

Hi there! My name is Haley Donohue, I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I moved to Austin last September and absolutely love living here! I graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Childhood Development/Early Education. I am beyond excited to be back at Bridge Point, teaching 1st grade this year! Previously, I worked as our Campus LTS and finished the year teaching 5th grade science and math. The experiences and connections I formed last year have only deepened my passion for education, and I am eager to bring that enthusiasm to my very own classroom. 

Beyond the classroom, I enjoy being outside (except when it's 100 degrees), trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, and experiencing new places! 

I am thrilled to embark on an educational journey with your first-graders. As an enthusiastic educator, my foremost objective is to inspire a lifelong love for learning and help each student reach their full potential. 

In my classroom, interactive learning takes center stage. I am a firm believer in the power of hands-on experiences to solidify concepts and spark genuine interest. Through creative activities and engaging projects, your children will be empowered to explore, question, and discover the world around them.

With a deep commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment, I strive to create a space where every child feels valued and encouraged to express themselves.
