Hi there! My name is Hanna Moore and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph.
I am dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with understanding and care. With a warm and approachable style, I create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop the tools they need to thrive.
I specialize in working with children and teenagers experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, attachment issues, and life transitions. I also provide therapy for adults seeking support with stress management, relationship concerns, and personal growth.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, Modular Approach to therapy for Children (MATCH), and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. I firmly believe in the power of connection and collaboration to foster healing and long-term emotional well-being.
Outside the counseling room, I enjoy reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
