Special Committees are a stylistic hybrid of General Assembly and Crisis committees and are moderately paced. They are specialized in a certain area and cover a wide array of topics like historical or intergovernmental organizations. Special Committees allows for aberrant topics to be debated on the floor and provide unique experiences to delegates. Reminder that this committee is a special committee and, as such, delineates from standard parliamentary procedure.
