The best thing is how much students learned from each other. They realized repeatedly themselves that working collaboratively with people with different strengths and experiences led to greater successes. The second best was probably how much they realized they could learn and do if they kept trying, even with new and uncomfortable tasks.

The best thing about our innovation class is that students are able to better understand how they can use their passions and identities to make a difference and have a voice in our world. The course focuses on feedback rather than grades and allows students to take safe risks that help them realize their own potentials.
