Needham and Foster Speech Therapy is a mother-daughter team of speech-language pathologists. We provide services across Missouri with locations in Warrensburg (including greater Kansas City suburban areas) and O’Fallon (including St. Charles/St. Louis Counties). 

We have similarities in our expertise and treatment approaches. As individual therapists we have unique clinical experiences, expertise and personalities. This allows us to offer our clients and families the best individualized care.
