¡Bienvenidos! I am so glad to see many of you back this year taking Spanish. I am Señora González your Spanish teacher for Spanish 3-4. I hope that you are ready to continue on learning to communicate with this beautiful language and learn about the Spanish language.

The primary objective of the foreign language class is to provide students the opportunity to learn conversational Spanish and other communicative skills in the language. There is nothing more exciting for me as your teacher than to hear and see you speak in the target language. Please remember that you are expected to use your Spanish skills as much as possible. I will be here to help you, but the main element to your success is your effort and time dedicated to practice!

About Me

I have been teaching for 16 years and this will be my 4th year teaching Spanish at Willow Canyon. I graduated from NAU with a degree in Elementary Education and have Master's Degree in Bilingual/Multicultural Education. I own certifications to teach elementary, secondary, ELL, ESL and Bilingual education.
