We provide tailored programs for strength, running, and throwing sports, as well as maintenance programs that include in-person manual therapy to keep you honest and on track to achieve your goals.
How Performance Physical Therapy is Different
1-on-1 Sessions
All of our Physical Therapy sessions are 60 minutes, 1-on-1 with your Physical Therapist. This helps create continuity of care, trust, and the best outcome for you!

Easy to use home exercise app
Have you done PT and either had to try and remember the exercises or given a sheet of paper that you lost immediately? We use an app that provides videos of YOUR PT doing the exercises and explaining them, reminders of when to do them, and accountability to get it done.
