What is ClassLink?

There is a new quick way to access ClassLink! Now just type my.dville.edu in the address bar. Don't forget to bookmark this address! Or if using the Chrome Browser, you can make this your Home page or pin the tab.

On the dashboard for ClassLink, there will be several icons. The icons with a blue ribbon and a white key indicates that the app saves the password and allows automatic sign-in. The example on the left shows with the Eduphoria app with the blue ribbon.

Apps without blue ribbon is only a weblink.

Customize ClassLink

Add more apps to your library

Click the plus sign in the upper left.

Select the edit button in the upper right corner of the page (square with pencil).

Either select options or use the drag and drop (similar to customizing Apple/Android devices) feature to move apps around or create a new folder to add apps to a folder.

Click "Done editing" when finished customizing page.

Select "My Files"

(found on bottom of page)

Edit MS Office Documents

File extension ending with X, opens in Office Online.

File extensions not ending with X, open with Zoho Docs.

View Other File Types

Files other than MS Office Products, will open in a view only mode. (such as .pdf, .png, .jpg, etc.)

View Video Files

Video files will prepare for download and you will receive an email when it is ready to view OR you can view it through the Download Manager.

My Profile

Change Wallpaper, Themes and Colors in My Profile. My Profile can be found in the upper right hand corner using the drop-down arrow next to the person icon.
