Notes Browser

Use the Notes Browser to determine the purpose of the page within the flipchart. There may be times where this is not filled out, but always check because it can be very helpful in understanding the page's purpose.

Editing Tips

When using someone else's flipchart, check for actions and grouped items. This helps you determine how to use the page.

Combine Flipcharts

You may find a flipchart that has only one page that you like. Feel free to grab that page and drag it to your own flipchart.

Import a PowerPoint into ActivInspire

When importing a PowerPoint presentation, be sure that the filename does not have any spaces.

The folders in which the file lives also cannot have any spaces.

Tip: Copy the PowerPoint and save it to the desktop. Then rename it without spaces. This helps ensure that NONE of the folders in which it resides has spaces in the title of the folder name.
