Boys Football: The boys finished 3rd in Pool A so played St Kevins in the cross pool play. Unfortunately they went down 2-4 which put in them in the play off for 11/12th position. The boys secured 11th position by beating Te Aratai College 2-1 in their final game.

The 2 teams play each other tonight at 6pm to determine where they will finish in pool play. Could be an interesting match with friend against friend and brother against brother
Girls Hockey: Unfortunately the girls lost their quarter final 3-2 to Burnside High School. The girls had their chances to level the score but unfortunately were not able to convert. They now play Tauranga Girls tomorrow in the playoff for the 5-8th positions.

Netball: We then encountered Kaiapoi this morning. This was another tense game with some brilliant moments of play, however we went down 41 - 32 (another 9 gap margin). The girls played some brilliant netball. This meant that we qualified 3rd in our pool and had to play Avonside Girls. After a a gusty and dominate last 2 quaters the team came away with a 36-18 win.
Netball: We went into this mornings game seeded fourth in our pool and we were playing the top team in our pool. This team made top 5 last year and went to nationals, so we were very much the under dogs going into this game. There was a lot of discussion about Dunstan DNA at the team meeting and upholding the school values and it showed in the way the team played. The Dunstan Senior A came out victorious winning the game 33 - 21.
In the second game of the day the girls went down 41-32 to Otago Girls High School.
