At the TOP: take a note – just text, checklist, start a note with an image, or start a note with a drawing
At the Side Bar Menu:
- search all of your notes with a magnifying class
- narrow down by label
- create new labels
- access archived notes

Labels are king! It is important to note that all items in Keep can contain more than one label.

Color Coding
Color Coding
Color-coding notes allows a different level of grouping for notes. Think of your colors as umbrellas that contain other categories Here are some examples...
- I have labels for conferences I attend - Lit Conference, Leadership Academy, Google Summit. All of them are teal for Professional Conferences.
- I have labels for each project small group - herbivore, carnivore, scavenger, producer. All of these categories are are colored green for Ecology.
- I have labels for each student in my class - Tony A, Jenny C, Chrissy E... Reading notes are red, Writing notes are blue, and Math notes are yellow.

Here's a note with lots of bells & whistles...
- add pictures as you want to a note.
- be specific - the title will help you find a note
- add simple text - (no bullets, bold, bullets...)
- links

- pull this note up with a reminder - set date/time
- share a note with somebody
- color the note
- add additional images
- archive a note - it takes it out from the main list and puts it in the archive folder (you can restore it)
- 3 dots - more options (delete, change labels/add labels, add a drawing, make a copy, change to a checklist, copy to Docs)
- undo and redo
- done = close note (Keep auto saves)
