Education : Bachelor's Degree preferably BS in Nutrition & Dietetics or related courses
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Experience : 1 year of relevant work experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist the Field Office in complying with the trust, directives and plans prescribed by the FO by responding to queries, conduct monitoring, provide technical assistance and guidance to LGUs on SFP operations concerns ensuring timely implementation;
Prepare technical reports based on monitoring and technical assistance provided to LGUs as reference on the provision services to beneficiaries;
Review, consolidate and monitor physical accomplishments of the assigned province in coordination with the LGU focal person and FOs;
Submit monthly / quarterly consolidated accomplishment report of assigned area which includes monitoring and evaluation of SFP reports submitted by LGUs with analysis and recommendation;
Prepare, consolidate and submit documentation reports of LGUs which includes documentation of good practices, augmentation support of LGUs to SFP funds and other significant accomplishments;
Preparation of documents for the procurements of SFP food commodities based on approved cycle menu of their assigned area which includes but not limited to Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP);
Preparation and consolidation of inventory of advocacy materials (measuring tools, eating/ cooking utensils etc.) as basis for distribution to partner LGUs;
Review, asses and recommend requests for advocacy materials (measuring tools, eating/ cooking utensils) submitted by LGUs for approval of Regional Focal Person;
Coordinate with the LGUs for the timely submission of SFP reports including the liquidation report for transfer of funds;
Attends to meetings consultation and coordination with partner stakeholders and concerned agencies; and,
Performs other project related tasks that may be assigned by the Regional Focal Person.
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
Monthly Report on the Physical/ Financial Accomplishment of assigned area;
Reports on the conducted monitoring/ technical assistance to partner LGUs and other stakeholders;
Quarterly Report that includes monitoring and evaluation of SFP Reports submitted by LGUs with analysis and recommendation;
Inventory of advocacy materials (measuring tools, eating/ cooking utensil etc.) as basis for distribution to partner LGUs;
Documentation Report of LGUs which includes documentation of good practices, augmentation support of LGUs to SFP funds and other significant accomplishments.
