JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Attend to necessary electrical installation and electrical works needed in the maintenance, construction and repair of the building and other facilities of the Department;

2. Assist and provide technical assistance on maintenance and construction works including the use and care of building equipment and facilities;

3. Drafting of any Detailed Estimates documents relative to proposed infrastructure, building maintenance and repair works;

4. Prepare and submit periodic reports to immediate supervisors and/or engineers;

5. Consult and assist the GSS head and Engineers in all building and grounds maintenance and construction works;

6. Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that are related to General Services Section functions.

EXPECTED OUTPUTS

1. Weekly/Monthly repair/maintenance and monitoring reports.

2. Technical Assistance, feedback and accomplishment reports.

3. Detailed Cost Estimate.

4. Other reports that may be required.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

3.  Transcript of Records and Diploma (Certified photocopies);

4.  Certificates of Trainings / Seminars attended and Employment;

5.  Certificate/s of Board Rating/ Professional License/ CS Eligibility, if applicable only

6.  Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and

7.  Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
