Eligibility : None required
Education : Completion of Two (2) years of studies in college
Training :Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Provides administrative and technical support in the management of relief items.
Prepares memorandum/proposal/TOR and other correspondences of RRLMS.
Prepares communications and reports related to the management of relief items.
Prepares receiving / storage plan.
Facilitates / supervises receiving / storing of incoming and releasing of procured and donated items.
Assists in the preparation of Acknowledgement Receipt for the received deliveries of Procured and Donated Items.
Assists in the updating and reconciliation of Stock Cards and Inventory Reports.
acilitates / Supervises receiving / proper storing / releasing of produced Finished Goods
Reviews / validates Purchase Order / Delivery Receipts and other documents related to incoming deliveries.
Handles the data tracking of incoming deliveries and outgoing releases for both procured and donated and properly maintains the records/files.
Monitors the submission of reports and other documents required.
Assists in the conduct of actual inspection of all incoming items prior to receiving.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
