Eligibility : None required
Education : Completion of Two (2) years of studies in college
Training :Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience : Two (2) years of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, and administrative and support functions of Regional Resource and Logistics Management Section and does other related works.
Provides administrative and technical support in the management of relief items.
Prepares memorandum/proposal/TOR and other correspondences of RRLMS.
Prepares communications and reports related to the management of relief items.
Conducts spot-check/audit of systems to ensure the compliance of all RRLMS staff.
Ensures strict implementation of the set standards/guidelines/processes and procedures set by the office.
Spearheads the conduct of regular warehouse inspection.
Participates in monthly inventory taking and ensures real-time posting of transactions in Bin Card, Stock Card and RGIMS.
Prepares monthly reports on Quality Inspection and Spot-checks/audits conducted.
Conducts proper accounting of all received, released and disposed goods and materials through the following monitoring reports:
Production Daily Report
Expired Goods/Items Report
Incident Report
Inspection Report
Waste and Spoilage Report
Other pertinent reports
Receives donated items locally and monitors the items once allocated.
In charge of the management of volunteers during repacking activities.
Prepares reports on quality control, donations facilitation and volunteer management.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
