Education : Completion of Two (2) years of studies in college
Training :Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
In charge of managing inventory in the assigned warehouse but not limited to receipt of goods upon delivery.
Conducts regular inspection of the warehouse and initiates needed upkeep and maintenance.
Ensures standard operating procedures are being implemented.
Monitors inventory, prepares reports, and acts on inventory items nearing the end date of warranty period / product expiration.
Conducts perpetual inventory count and reconciles balances.
Assists in the repacking and pre-work activities of relief goods for stockpile and augmentation.
Maintains updated records of inventory including the reports on defective, damaged, or missing goods.
Files records that support daily transactions at the assigned warehouse.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Storage Layout/Plan
Incident Reports
Feedback and Monitoring Reports
Updated Bin Cards and Locator Boards
Other Administrative Reports
