Eligibility : RA 1080 Registered Social Worker
Education : Bachelor's Degree Social Work
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist in the conduct of assessment of LGU capacity through LSWDOs using existing assessment and analysis tools with the other members of the Regional Management Team;
Assist in the Formulation of a 3-5 Year Regional TARA Plan in coordination and consultation with other FO Offices/Divisions/Sections/Units;
Monitor the implementation of the Regional TARA Plan and the achievement of objectives and targets with assigned LGUs;
Collaborate with assigned ODSU at the FO to strengthen institutional arrangements for the DSWD TARA Program processes and system.
Coordinate with assigned partners and stakeholders on matters pertaining to the DSWD TARA Program to ensure that the LGUs/LSWDOs are assisted in the improvement of SWD delivery of programs and services.
Prepare relevant reports as required by the Regional Office, Central Offices and other recognized partners and stakeholders.
Attend regular conference, consultation and monitoring meetings and relevant training to support the TARA Program operation as required by the immediate supervisor and/or the Regional Director
Provide feedback to the supervisor pertinent to the program operation and may recommend systems, processes and guidelines that will improve the program operation e.g Facilitate the adoption of KM policies, guidelines, and mechanisms; and
Performs other tasks as may be required by the Regional Director and/or head of the assigned office of the RD.

Initial draft of the 3-5 Regional TARA Plan
Progress Monitoring Tool and Report
Regional Monthly and Quarterly Statistical Accomplishment Report (both physical and financial report), Semestral Accomplishment Report (both physical and financial report) and Annual Accomplishment Report (both physical and financial report)
