QUALIFICATIONS
Eligibility : RA 1080 Registered Social Worker
Education : Bachelor's Degree Social Work
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Draft memorandums, proposal and other corresponce;
Prepare regular reports required by the propgram;
Monitor and coordinate with LGUs and QRTs on request for CCCM and IDPP and FNI needs;
Consolidate CCCM and IDPP and FNI cluster report;
Documentation of activities and meetings participated. Ensures aggreements and issues and concerns are coordinated with concerned Bureaus and divisions;
Grievance and redress management
Provide technical assistance and act as Resource Person on CCCM and IDPP and FNI;
Attendance to inter-agency, section and divison meetings, cluster meetings, special events and training /workshop related to DRRM and Response Cluster activities;
Prepare situational reports during response operation;
Prepare Feedback Reports during capture and documentation of good practices and innovations;
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Division Chief.
EXPECTED OUTPUT
Policy/guidelines and procedures on DRRM and FNI;
Feedback reports on field visit/technical assistance conducted;
Quarterly, semestral and annual Accomplishment reports;
Memoranda and other Office communications
FNI Augmentation Report
CCCM and IDPP Report

Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and
Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
