QUALIFICATIONS
Eligibility : RA 1080 Registered Social Worker
Education : Bachelor's Degree Social Work
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
JOB FUNCTIONS
Participate in the DRMB level and assist in facilitating FO level RRP strategic and implementation planning;
Assist in facilitation of P/LGU program proposal crafting as well as the consolidation for onward submission to the Central Office for approval;
Contribute in the enhancement and/or development of Program Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Assesement/Evaluation tool/report;
Document lessons learnt, significant insights, innovations and best practices;
Document activities as part of the documentation efforts to capture good practices and innovations;
Assist Divison Chief in the facilitation of assessment/evaluation and initiate crafting of accomplishment reports and other reportorial requirements;
Other tasks that may be required.
EXPECTED OUTPUT
Draft Strategic & Implementation Plan/s
Draft Consolidated P/LGU Program Proposals and other required documents.
Draft Program Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Assessment/Evaluation tool/report
Documented lessonsn learnt, innovations and best practices
Draft Financial management documentary requirements
After-Activity Report on RRP activities (i.e. Facilitation of P/LGU Planning and Assesment, joint-validation activities, proviosion of TAs, and participation to DRMB/G level activities)
Periodic Assessment/ Evaluation and Accomplishment Reports
