Eligibility : RA 1080-Registered Librarian
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Information Science or Bachelor of Science in Education/Arts major in Library Science
Training : None Required

JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist in the development or enhancement of guidelines in the operation of the Regional Learning Resource Center;
Respond to daily on-site request for the use of RLRC conference room and information references;
Maintain and improve library catalog through cataloging and classification;
Ensure that library services meet the needs of particular groups of users (e.g. staff, postgraduate students, disabled staff/user;
Promote the library’s resources to users;
Manage usage of the conference room using Google Calendar and respond to inquiries about RLRC;
Ensure the accomplishment of borrower’s slip and monitor its return;
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the Regional Learning Resource Center (RLRC);
Assist in the preparation of Regional Learning Resource Center status report and updating of inventory;
Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
