JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Facilitate and strengthen coordination and partnership-building with partner agencies, local government units, civil society organizations, people's organizations, and other PAMANA stakeholders.
2. Provide technical assistance and guidance to Field Offices, partner organizations, and stakeholders on compliance requirements, partnership mechanisms, and PAMANA implementation processes.
3. Monitor the compliance of implementing offices and partner stakeholders with PAMANA policies, guidelines, memorandum circulars, and applicable government regulations.
4. Conduct regular monitoring and validation activities to assess the implementation status of PAMANA interventions, partnership commitments, and agreed action points.
5. Coordinate with concerned offices and stakeholders to address deficiencies, gaps, observations, and recommendations identified during monitoring and compliance assessments.
6. Assist in the preparation, consolidation, review, and submission of compliance reports, partnership documents, monitoring tools, and other program-related requirements.
7. Prepare minutes of meetings, activity reports, situational reports, presentations, and other administrative and technical documents as required.
8. Maintain and update databases, records, and monitoring trackers on stakeholder engagement, compliance submissions, partnership activities, and implementation status.
9. Support the conduct of consultations, capability-building activities, workshops, and inter-agency coordination meetings related to PAMANA implementation.
10. Assist in developing and enhancing operational guidelines, monitoring frameworks, compliance tools, and partnership strategies to support effective program implementation.
11. Ensure proper documentation of meetings, consultations, coordination activities, agreements, monitoring results, and compliance-related actions.
12. Promote gender-responsive, inclusive, and conflict-sensitive stakeholder engagement, compliance monitoring, reporting, and partnership activities aligned with Gender and Development principles.
13. Perform other related tasks and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management in support of PAMANA Program objectives.
