JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Participate in the implementation and monitoring of PAMANA LGU-LED within the assigned project areas.
2. Provide technical assistance to program beneficiaries, implementers, and stakeholders to support effective and timely project implementation.
3. Consolidate issues, gaps, inputs, and recommendations from sections, units, implementers, and partner stakeholders to support policy enhancement, program improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
4. Attend PAMANA-related meetings, orientations, consultations, conferences, workshops, and fora, and provide appropriate feedback or documentation.
5. Assist in the preparation and timely submission of accurate, complete, and evidence-based reports using prescribed reporting templates.
6. Support the preparation of Work and Financial Plans, sub-allotment orders, requests for budget modification, budget proposals, and related financial documents.
7. Monitor the release and utilization of funds based on the approved budget and program implementation requirements.
8. Ensure that project implementation, monitoring, technical assistance, reporting, and documentation processes are gender-responsive, inclusive, conflict-sensitive, and aligned with Gender and Development principles.
9. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. Implemented PAMANA project processes and activities within the assigned region or project area.
2. Technical assistance provided to project beneficiaries, implementers, and stakeholders.
3. Coordination outputs with LGUS, OPAPRU, partner agencies, and other stakeholders during project implementation.
4. Prepared Mungkahing Proyekto/Project Proposals and required attachments, including Summary of Agreement, Grant Acknowledgment Receipt, and related supporting documents.
5. Updated Grant Utilization Monitoring Reports and implementation status reports.
6. Monthly and/or weekly updated association data and implementation status in the PAMANA database system.
7. Organized and properly maintained files and records of target participants, associations, and project-related documents.
8. Minutes of meetings, proceedings, documentation, and feedback reports from workshops, fora, training, monitoring visits, and inter-agency meetings.
9. Signed correspondence, communication letters, memoranda, and other official documents prepared and/or reviewed.
10. Confirmation reports prepared after monitoring visits, including findings, agreements, and recommended actions.
11. Gender-responsive, inclusive, and conflict-sensitive technical assistance, monitoring, implementation, and reporting outputs aligned with Gender and Development principles.
