JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Provide support to Community Development Officer IV in monitoring the implementation of the Community Resilience Implementation Process (CRIP) in ACT-covered municipalities to ensure adherence to program standards and PCRP goals in a timely manner.
2. Participate in regular CDO and ACT/MCT meetings and contribute to action planning, performance review, and learning/reflection sessions aimed at identifying challenges, solutions, and best practices
3. Support the tracking and documentation of ACTS compliance with social safeguards requirements related to general land acquisition and resettlement, Indigenous Peoples (IP) rights, conflict sensitivity, and community-based disaster risk reduction and management (CBDRRM).
4. Lead the compilation, organization, and validation of all documents related to the Community Development process, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with standards and reporting requirements
5. Record and review the submitted Request for Funding Release (RFR) by the ACT and ensure the completeness stipulated in the RFR checklist.
6. Monitor the PCRP thematic data related to social processes, including the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Groups and Sustainability Evaluation activities, to ensure effective implementation and alignment with program goals in coordination with the M&E.
7. Support and assist the conduct of capability-building activities for Area Coordinating Teams (ACTs), including organizing orientation sessions, facilitating workshops, and delivering technical assistance.
8. Assist in coordinating with ACTs and Municipal Coordinating Teams (MCTs) to facilitate the provision of technical assistance and ensure the effective implementation of the CRIP.
9. Assist to the preparation of CRIP presentation materials and design, monitoring tools, schedules, and progress reports in coordination with the Community Development Officers.
10. Assist in preparing documentation of learning activities, community implementation processes, and social safeguard compliance, including case studies and reports.
11. Document and synthesize best practices, innovations, and lessons learned in the implementation of CRIP across field sites to inform adaptive program management.
12. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Community Development Officer IV to support the overall objectives of the ro ram.
