JOB FUNCTIONS
Transportation Services
Drives the office vehicle to transport authorized persons and goods in accordance with DSWD and government transport policies.
Accompanies RPMO personnel, visitors, and partners to designated locations such as field offices, training venues, airports, seaports, and bus terminals.
Assists passengers with loading and unloading of baggage, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Vehicle Maintenance and Monitoring
Conducts daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good mechanical condition.
Cleans the vehicle regularly and maintains proper hygiene and appearance.
Performs minor vehicle repairs and promptly reports the need for major maintenance or repair to the designated supervisor.
Schedules and brings the vehicle for routine preventive maintenance servicing
Documentation and Reporting e Maintains a logbook recording all trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and relevant transport activities.
Prepares and submits vehicle usage reports as required.
Immediately reports any vehicular accident or incident following established Department protocols.
Logistics and Administrative Support e
Delivers and retrieves official documents, communications, packages, and other materials from government offices and program stakeholders.
Assists in transporting supplies and equipment to venues for meetings, training, and fieldwork.
Helps in setting up venues, packaging reports, organizing documents, and providing physical support for program events.
Other Related Functions
Performs other related administrative and logistical tasks as may be assigned by the RPMO or program leadership to ensure smooth implementation of field activities and daily operations.

1. Updated daily vehicle logbook with mileage, fuel use, and trip details
2. Well-maintained and clean assigned vehicle
3. Records/monitoring report of vehicle maintenance
4. Timely and safe transportation of authorized personnel and equipment
5. Reports of incidents, accidents, or vehicle concerns
6. Support provided during program activities, trainings, or field operations
7. Delivered and received official documents and communications
8. Documentation of logistical support rendered to RPMO.
REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 with an attached Work Experience Sheet indicating your previous works);
Transcript of Records and Diploma (Certified photocopies);
Certificate(s) of Trainings/Seminars attended and Employment;
Certificate(s) of Board Rating/Professional License/CS Eligibility (if applicable only);
Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed (if applicable only); and
Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form - Ratings for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/institution; or GMC for new graduates.
