Facilitates new account opening for change grantee at LBP servicing branch
Facilitates and coordinates with the C/MLs and LBP servicing branch the schedule of distribution of EMV cards (re-carding and existing OTC)
Submits inventory of EMV cards (claimed/unclaimed) for matching of accounts on or before 10th of the month
Monitors of unclaimed EMV cards and conduct physical validation on the reason of unclaimed
Facilitates request for endorsement of card replacement (lost/stolen, damage, burned etc.)
Establishes data banking of EMV card of beneficiaries on his/her area/s, monitors/ analyzes data and recommends measures to improve cash grants implementation for RPMO-C/LGU action/s
Validates reasons on Non-moving accounts through home visitation
Facilitates request for transfer of funds to RPMO-PFMS
Coordinates top-up schedule to C/MLs on the schedule date
Attends FDS activity based on non-moving cases
Attends C/MAT meetings
Performs other related tasks
Inventory Report of Claimed and Unclaimed Cash Cards
Monitoring of unclaimed cash cards and conduct validation on the reason of unclaimed and other related cash card transactions
Data banking of EMV cards of the beneficiaries
Regular coordination with LBP servicing branch
Provides technical assistance to beneficiaries on the proper use of EMV cards
Records cash card transactions and manages document

Comprehensive Resume or Hard copy of the Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 with an attached job description for each position held in previous work);
Transcript of Records and Diploma (Certified photocopies);
Certificates of Trainings / Seminars attended and Employment;
Certificate/s of Board Rating/ Professional License/ CS Eligibility, if applicable only
Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and
Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
NOTE: All requirements will be submitted once called upon for initial interview. However, Requirements #2 (Resume / Personal Data Sheet) must be uploaded on the online application form.
