MANAGEMENT AND AUDIT ANALYST I
Assists in the review of operations and programs to ascertain whether the result is consistent with established objectives and goals and whether the operations or programs are being carried out as planned;
Assist in studying management of current and fixed assets and fixed assets to promote efficiency and economy as well as ensure that Field Office Assets are sufficiently covered with security against losses and the contingent liabilities are pro-actively considered;
Assist the MAA II in the conduct of management and operations audit focused on the core programs and projects in the Field Office;
Monitor Cash Advances of all Special Disturbing Officers (SDOs) and validate the correctness and accuracy of the liquidation report including the supporting documents;
Assist in the conduct of cash count and/ or monitoring of cash advances/ transfer of funds and liquidations by employees and LGUs, NGOs, POs;
Assist in the conduct of validation/ monitoring / spot check/ on different programs and services implemented at the Field Office;
Act as Alternate Secretariat in the Regional Integrity Management Committee (RIMC) based on EO 176 series of 2015, institutionalizing the Integrity Management Program (IMP) deemed necessary to provide additional staff for this added function;
Prepare Project Proposals for the conduct of IAU Activities;
Prepare technical reports for submission to the concerned offices; and,
Perform other related tasks.
Likewise, the MAA I is also needed to:
Assist and monitor the implementation of the following:
Ease of Doing Business;
Anti-Red Tape Act;
ISO 3001: 2015;
Performance Governance System; and:
Other applicable Government Quality Management System Standards (GQMSS)
Assist in the conduct of Internal Quality Audit (IQA) in the Field Office.
Participation as an assist in the conduct of national audit by the Internal Audit Service;
Assessment Report

Monitoring Visit Report
Cash-Advance Monitoring Report/ Status of Unliquidated Cash Advances

Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and
Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
