ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II
Acts as Finance Officer for SFP implementation. Review, consolidate, analyses work and financial plan, monthly cash program and budget estimates of the SFP and consolidate other required reports;
Monitors, controls and ensures proper utilization of funds, legality and accuracy of the payrolls/ funding per LGU, amout schedule and purpose;
Prepares reports on financial utilization and monitor status of funds at the regional level. Submit monthly report on utilization of funds to CO/ RSFPU;
Conducts monitoring visit to LGUs to ensure timely submission of liquidation reports and quarterly release of grants to the beneficiaries;
Reviews, consolidates and monitors status of funds, financial and physical accomplishments of LGUs in coordination with the C/MSWDOs;
Prepares/ facilitates requests for fund augmentation, realignment, transfer of funds, process payments and other similar concerns in coordination with the Budget Officer;
Coordinates, discusses, prepares update reports, and formulates templates on financial related matters of FO;
Provides recommendation to the FO management to respond to the issues/ concerns on funding;
Prepare/ consolidate required technical reports. Letters, memorandums and other;
Provides administrative assistance in the day-to-day operations;
Attends to meetings, consultation and coordination with partner’s/ service providers and other concerned agencies; and,
Performs other projects related tasks that may be assigned by the Regional Focal Person.
Work and Financial Plan, PRs, PPMP, Forward Estimates and Fund Modification Reports;
Monthly monitoring of GAA based reports and Quarterly WFP accomplishments report;
Monthly and Quarterly Monitoring report on the status of fund obligation, utilization, disbursement and liquidation reports; and
Inventory of SFP supplies and equipments

Certificates of Trainings / Seminars attended and Employment;

Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and
Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
