(Media Production Specialist I)
Develops, prepares and packages project proposals and Terms of Reference (TORs) related to promotion, marketing and advocacy on DSWD programs, projects and services;
Provides creative ideas for the development and production of IEC materials;
Provides technical assistance along IEC materials development and production;
Implements communication programs;
Assist in the production of information, education and communication (IEC) materials;
Maintain media relations/ partnership of the agency;
Assist in the preparation, disseminations and monitoring of news/ press releases and features articles;
Coordinate the press briefing/ conferences and media coverage;
Coordinate radio/ TV guesting and interviews of officials if there would be any;
Coordinate participation of the agency to exhibits and fairs; and,
Perform other related tasks as directed by the Unit Head
Project proposal and reports;

Video coverages; and,
Story outline and or/ feature stories

Transcript of Records and Diploma (Certified photocopies);
Certificates of Trainings / Seminars attended and Employment;
Certificate/s of Board Rating/ Professional License/ CS Eligibility, if applicable only
Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and
Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
NOTE: All requirements will be submitted once called upon for initial interview. However, Requirements #2 (Resume / Personal Data Sheet) must be uploaded on the online application form.
