INFORMATION OFFICER I
Develop AVPs and IEC materials of completed and ongoing SWD models of intervention;
Assist in updating website;
Assist in the preparation of communication plans;
Assist in the preparation of messages, speeches, interview guides and feature write-ups;
Assist in the preparation of content for information materials such as success stories, flyers, and brochures;
Assist in the preparation of content for advertorials and videos documentaries;
Assists in the preparation of materials and literature needed in support of marketing and advocacy projects;
Assists in facilitating the mounting of exhibits;
Assists in the updating DSWD website;
Assists in managing the DSWD Social Media Account;
Assists in covering DSWD events; and,
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor
Graphic / visual designs of SWD models of intervention for development and social marketing;
Designs of portfolio for completed models;
Audio Visual Presentation (AVPs) of SWD models of intervention;
Designs/ layout of knowledge products for printing
Application Letter;
Comprehensive Resume or Hard copy of the Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212 with an attached job description for each position held in previous work);
Transcript of Records and Diploma (Certified photocopies);
Certificates of Trainings / Seminars attended and Employment;
Certificate/s of Board Rating/ Professional License/ CS Eligibility, if applicable only
Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and
Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
NOTE: All requirements will be submitted once called upon for initial interview. However, Requirements #2 (Resume / Personal Data Sheet) must be uploaded on the online application form.
