CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Supervises, coordinates and monitors the implementation of HRD programs, projects and activities along with recruitment and selection, performance management system, learning and development, succession development, employee welfare program and benefits administration.
Recommends and formulates policies, procedures, guidelines and relevant tools on human resource management to help improve and enhance existing policies, systems and practices.
Develop and regularly update the competency-based job description of the Regional Office.
Prepares statistical data and annual and quarterly narrative accomplishment reports in compliance with the target deliverables of the division.
Recommends appropriate action along personnel policies rules and procedures.
Reviews proposed organizational activities initiated by the division to ensure the relevance and need to conduct such activity.
Supervises the maintenance of personnel records and ensures confidentiality on all proceedings involving personnel action.
Provides technical assistance to the concerned unit to address their concerns on human resource management.
Ensures compliance to standards, regulations and other circulars covering human resource management.
Reviews performance targets and accomplishments of HR staff and provides coaching and mentoring on areas needing improvements.
Reviews project/activity proposals, Section reports and communications.
Reviews and signs payroll and other financial transactions of the Division.
Sit as a regular and permanent member of all HR Committees.
Act as principal authorized administrative officers to GSIS.
Develop and maintain coordination, linkages, and networking with partners such as GSIS, SSS, Philhealth, PagIbig, LandBank, Civil Service Commission and other relevant agencies where HRMDS has official transactions.
Represents the Regional Office in meetings and conferences related to HR Management.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned

Transcript of Records and Diploma (Certified photocopies);
Certificates of Trainings / Seminars attended and Employment;
Certificate/s of Board Rating/ Professional License/ CS Eligibility, if applicable only
Certification from school for Masteral units earned or completed, if any, and
Individual Performance Contract Rating for the last semester of employment for applicants from any government agencies; or Performance Evaluation signed by the supervisor or the HR Head for applicants from any private company/ institution; or GMC for newly graduates.
NOTE: All requirements will be submitted once called upon for initial interview. However, Requirements #2 (Resume / Personal Data Sheet) must be uploaded on the online application form.
