JOB FUNCTIONS
Establishes, develops and sustains partnerships with NGAs to support the program implementation focused on the provision of livelihood, employment, scholarships/ educational support and health services to program beneficiaries;
Monitors the implementation of partnership agreements together with corresponding NGAs to ensure alignment, complementation and equity in supply-side provision;
Represents the Field Office in meetings, consultations, workshops, dialogues and other similar activities related to partnership development;
Monitors the implementation of partnership agreements together with corresponding NGAs to ensure alignment, complementation and equity in supply-side provision; basic services, livelihood and other needs of program beneficiaries;
Maintains a databank of all partnership agreements with NGAs;
Facilitates and ensures response to partners requests and other related concerns within the prescribed timeline;
Ensures the availability of updated Stakeholders Map accesible to program staff;
Presents the SWDI/CM results to lobby support from stakeholders;
Communicates national and regional level policies, guidelines and agreements relative to partnership development with NGAs to field operations offices;
Attends partnerships meetings, policy consultations and dialogues to provide technical assistance, when necessary;
Conducts program orientation and capacity building activities for operations, partner NGAs and other stakeholders;
Documents best practices in partnership development with NGAs relative to program implementation;
Supports the implementations of KU Case Management Strategy through the referral of transitioning households for complementations and aftercares services;
Delivers all the secretariat tasks and support tasks in Regional Advisory Council (RAC) activities and meetings;
Presents NGA partnership updates during meetings;
Spearheads the conduct of onsite/field monitoring by the RAC members and other partners at the regional level;
Prepares and submits reports needed relative to partnership engagement within the prescribed timeline;
Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Regional Program Coordinator and the Regional Director.
