JOB FUNCTIONS
Regularly updates the Infrastructure/ Engineering Unit's database, through the encoding of regional data and following-up on the encoding at the provincial/sub-regional and ACT levels;
Maintains e-copies of all infrastructure/engineering documents, such as but not limited to, technical documents, Project Proposals, Commission on Audit Documents, mandatory and on-demand reports, Sub Project Completion Reports, consolidated inventories, work plans, and coordinate with the PPDCAD for their uploading to the Engineering Tool Box.
Performs administrative tasks for the Engineering unit such as: assisting in training and conferences, tracking and monitoring official communication, requesting and replenishment of supplies for the unit.
Consolidates and prepares updated regional progress reports including Requests for Fund Release (RFRs), Municipal Sub-Projects Physical Progress Reports, and Physical and Financial Progress Reports, ensuring alignment with project timelines and donor requirements.
Supports the monitoring and documentation of key deliverables such as Final Inspection Reports, Turn-over and Acceptance Certificates, and approved Variation Orders.
Assists in coordinating work plans and technical assistance plans for engineering staff to promote efficient implementation of infrastructure projects.
Contributes to infrastructure-related data analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions that enhance project efficiency and resilience outcomes.
Assists in periodic audits, evaluations, and quality checks of infrastructure data and documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned by the PDO IV or project leadership, contributing to continuous improvement of infrastructure management processes.
