JOB FUNCTIONS
Keep track of fund movements for the Social Pension Program
Sub-Allocation
Fund Utilization (Subsidies, admin carts)
Maintain updated financial reports
Work and Financial Plan
Utilization Reports
Fund Balances
Cash Maintain
Prepares annual budget and Monthly Disbursement Plan
Provides recommendations in Cash Planning
Acts as Financial Liaison between the Social Pension Program and Central office Financial Management Division
Prepares requests for Cash Advances, Cash Allocations, and Fund Allotments
JOB OUTPUTS
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, operations, and document handling
Maintain organized filing systems, records, and inventory of program supplies and materials
Support communication and coordination among regional, provincial, and field implementers
Assist in documentation, consolidation, and tracking of submitted reports and travel requirements
Facilitate front desk support and handle routine inquiries from clients and partners
Provide additional administrative assistance as directed to ensure efficient program implementation
Process disbursement vouchers and other financial claims
